Here’s a great example of how much Cynthia has contributed to our family. When Cynthia first started with us, my son refused to take a bottle. Cynthia was very patient with him and put a lot of effort into making the bottle experience be a pleasant one for him. She would make him cozy, sing to him, and gradually worked him up to taking a bottle. She consulted outside resources and it was clearly important to her to make him happy about taking a bottle. She shared in our joy when he started willingly taking the bottle. It made my transition back to work so much smoother than I had expected. I had been so worried about leaving him at home hungry, but Cynthia made everything go well.
I have full faith in Cynthia’s abilities and find her to be very knowledgeable about newborns, infants and toddlers. I often consult her on things as I am a first time parent and we consider her to be a member of our parenting team.
We are very sad knowing that we are saying goodbye to Cynthia this fall when we move. We will miss Cynthia every day but know that she will make another family very happy. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about Cynthia.

Cece is the best! We can't say enough great things about her. Cece is a professional nanny and has helped us take care of our 3 month old daughter. I know my daughter is safe, entertained, clean and well fed with left with Cece for a date night or daytime. Cece helps out by cleaning up bottles and our daughter's room before leaving which we really appreciate. Cece loves her job and it shows.
